Pic of the Day...July 14th...Quaint Scene

I love this picture because it could have been taken yesterday or 100 years ago. ( I know, except for the fact that it's in color and that there are cars in it ). But the scene could have taken place long ago... The old buildings, the canal with a rusty barge and children rowing in a little boat...quaint.
